1. What this Privacy Policy Covers.
- This privacy policy covers Funamo's treatment of personally identifiable information collected by Funamo through mobile applications and funamo.com which are designed and operated by Funamo, Inc.
- This privacy policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Funamo does not own or control, or of persons that Funamo does not employ or manage.
2. Collection and Use of Personal Information.
- Most of the personal identifying information we collect upon registration, such as your name, age, password, and email address, is what you tell us about yourself upon creation or reconfiguration of your Funamo account. Due to the nature of our service, this information is required to authenticate correct account information.
- As part of the Funamo service, we give parents or accountability partners the option to collect certain information about the device usage, such as installed applications, calls, messages, website visits, application usage and location. Users can turn the options off during setup or later in the Application settings. They can also remove all information associated with their devices from Funamo servers by unregistering the device. Device activities are made available on the Site to parents and accountability partners.
- We do not share your personal information with third parties. Nevertheless, in the context of a sale or transfer of all or part of our assets to a third party, your personal information may be one of the transferred assets.
3. Collection and Use of Non-Personal Information.
- Funamo automatically receives and records non-personal information on our server logs from the Site and the Application. Funamo may use this information to debug problems, improve performance, and make adjustment to the web site structure. However, Funamo does not link the non-personal data to any personal information collected.
